170 g High Quality Dark Chocolate Chips
120 g Caster Sugar
120 g Butter
4 Medium Eggs
140 g Plain Flour
Icing Sugar To Serve
STEP 1: MELT BUTTER
Melt the butter and chocolate in a glass bowl sat on over a saucepan of boiling water (not touching the water).
STEP 2: WHISK
Whisk together the sugar and eggs until pale.
STEP 3: MIX INGREDIENTS AND COMBINE FLOUR
Once the chocolate and butter mixture has melted combine with the sugar and eggs. Then gradually fold in the flour.
STEP 4: POUR INTO MOULDS
Line six 7cmx6cm pots with greaseproof paper and then spoon or pipe an even amount of the fondant mixture into each one.
STEP 5: COOK AND ENJOY
Place in an oven preheated to 200C for 10 mins or until the tops are cooked. Make sure you don’t overcook them as you want them to still be gooey in the middle. Allow to cool for a minute, then dust with icing sugar.
