1. Cheesy Chicken Sticks

- ¼ cup of flour;
- 1 chicken breast cut into small fingers;
- 1 pinch paprika;
- 1 pinch garlic salt;
- 2 tablespoon of milk;
- A tablespoon of parmesan cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 cups of crumbs.
Take a large bowl and mix everything except eggs and flour together. Dip each finger in eggs, then into flour, then onto the frying pan. Cook them for 10-15 minutes.

- 1/3 cup of flour;
- 1 kg boneless white fish (for example, cod or haddock);
- 2 beaten eggs;
- ¾ cup of breadcrumbs;
- Grated rind of 2 lemons;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- ¼ cup of vegetable oil.
Slice the fish into small fingers. Take two bowls, place the flour in one bowl and eggs into another. Wisk to combine. Take the third bowl and combine the lemon rind and the breadcrumbs. Place a fish finger in a flour bowl, then dip in eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Repeat for other fish fingers.
Take a frying pan, base it will oil. Set the oven on a high heat. Cook fish fingers for 3 minutes until golden.

- 1 peeled and diced potato;
- 200g chicken breast;

- 50g butter;
- 400g pasta elbows;
- 2 cups of milk;
- 3 tablespoon of flour;
- ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese;
- 1 ½ cup of grated cheddar cheese;
- 1 teaspoon of chicken-flavored stock powder.
Take a large pot, add the pasta to boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes then drain. Take a frying pan, melt the butter and add flour. Cook it for 2-3 minutes, don’t let it turn brown. Whisk the milk until you have a sauce. Whisk in the cheeses and stock powder. When the cheeses are melted, add the pasta.
